Qualifications

• Must possess a 10th grade education or equivalent (HS Diploma / GED preferred).
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated competencies as a written and verbal communicator.
• Background and experience in shared decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with compassionate routine daily nursing care and service.
• Attend and participate in scheduled training to obtain CNA certification.
• Assist residents with daily care tasks as necessary.
• Prepare residents for meals, serve food, and record intake.
• All other duties as assigned.
