Job summary

ACI Learning is seeking a Student Support Associate for an on-site, evening-shift role at our San Antonio campus. Youll be the first face students see, handle scheduling and attendance questions, and help keep campus operations running smoothly.

Youll manage documentation in Salesforce, transcripts and timesheets, and communicate with students, alumni and prospective students across phone, email and chat. Evening shift flexibility and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in student support, customer service, helpdesk or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Evening-shift environment and on-site work in San Antonio.

Responsibilities

• Welcome students, visitors, and guests and direct them appropriately.
• Maintain front desk and student support spaces.
• Process student documents including training records and timesheets.
• Update student records in Salesforce and other systems.
• Respond to inquiries about attendance, scheduling and learning platforms.
• Coordinate scheduling for mentoring and other support services.
• Route student concerns to the appropriate department.
• Support cross-functional collaboration with Instruction, Compliance, Career Services, and Operations.
