Job summary

ACI Learning is seeking a Student Support Associate for our San Antonio campus. This on-site, part-time role runs Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–10:00 PM CT. You will greet students, answer questions, and support attendance, scheduling, and records.

You’ll handle documentation, update Salesforce records, and coordinate cross-functional support to ensure a smooth campus experience. The position emphasizes frontline customer service, data accuracy, and confidential handling of student information, with

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
1–2 years in student support, customer service, helpdesk, or related field preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills essential.
Ability to handle sensitive information professionally; comfortable working evenings.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based tools.

Responsibilities

Serve as front desk representative and Tier 1 support for students, alumni, and prospective students across phone, email, and chat.
Maintain campus common areas, front desk, and student support spaces.
Process student documents, training records, transcripts, certificates, and timesheets.
Update and maintain accurate student records in Salesforce and other systems.
Respond to attendance, scheduling, learning platform, voucher, policy, and procedure questions.
