Job summary

The University of Texas at San Antonio is hiring an Enrollment Services Associate under Admissions Operations. This part-time, temporary role supports administrative and processing duties across enrollment services, handling documents, transcripts, and eligibility needs for students.

The position requires a High School Diploma and 3 years of related experience, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree. Work may occur on campus and remotely within Texas, with occasional evenings or weekends as

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Three (3) years of related work experience.
• Ability to maintain security and integrity of UT San Antonio infrastructure per Texas EO-GA-48.

Responsibilities

• Assists with processing paperwork for various enrollment units that may include admissions applications, transcript processing, registration, residency status, or other enrollment eligibility and/or needs.
• Assists with counseling students on various enrollment issues that may include admissions eligibility, NCAA eligibility, residency status, enrollment and/or registration or other related enrollment eligibility and/or needs.
• Maintains records as needed for all enrollment services units.
• Assists with evaluations to reach a determination and answers inquiries from other areas on campus as needed for all enrollment services units.
• Assists with document intake, imaging, and indexing for all enrollment services units.
• Participates in committees and/or conferences and meetings.
• Performs other duties as assigned for enrollment services units.
