Evening Bistro Cook - Courtyard by Marriott - St. Louis, MO

Midas Hospitality, recognized as one of the Top 100 U.S. Employers in 2021, is seeking an experienced Evening Bistro Cook for our hotel in St. Louis, MO. The role involves cooking and preparing all food for the hotel and guests.

Responsibilities

1. Review menu and forecasting sheets to estimate food requirements and procure from storage.
2. Keep the cooks line well-stocked with food, plates, and utensils.
3. Arrange all foods neatly on plates.
4. Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation in the kitchen at all times.
5. Ensure food for meetings and functions is prepared prior to serving times.

Ideal Candidate

Previous experience as a cook is required; experience in a hotel setting is preferred.
