Job summary

Nashville MMA Training Camp is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to greet members and visitors, answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide accurate information about classes, memberships, and scheduling.

This part-time role requires fluent English and Spanish, strong customer service and communication skills, reliability, and the ability multitask in a fast-paced gym environment; evening shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (speaking and writing).
• Prior customer service experience (front desk, retail, hospitality, etc.).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Friendly, dependable, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, guests, and prospective clients in a professional and welcoming manner
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and communicate via text messages
• Call new leads and follow up with trial clients
• Provide accurate information about classes, membership options, and scheduling
• Assist with new member sign-ups and check-ins
• Maintain a clean and organized gym environment
• Handle payments, waivers, and other administrative tasks
• Communicate and enforce gym policies to all clients
• Give tours of the facility
• Maintain rental gear and keep up with gym laundry
