Job summary

Eurest is seeking an Evening Shift Customer Service Manager - Beverage to lead route service and vending teams. This role safeguards top-tier customer service across client accounts and ensures coverage between 11:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.

based on needs. You will drive pricing goals, coordinate installations, audits, and oversee safety and operations. Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong communication, and experience in food & beverage with travel willingness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Food & beverage experience.
• Must travel to client sites.
• Strong communication skills.
• Financial, budgetary and accounting skills.
• MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Visit accounts and clients to maintain relations and pursue pricing goals.
• Coordinate machine installations and audits in accounts.
• Review route reports to control spoilage, labor costs and collections.
• Schedule route structure to improve productivity and manage overtime.
• Lead regular meetings with route service and attendants and coordinate with supervisors.
• Maintain safe working environment and fleet maintenance.
• Other duties may be assigned.
