Job summary

Eurest, part of Compass Group USA, is seeking an Evening Shift Customer Service Manager - Beverage to lead route service and vending attendants while ensuring top-level customer service across accounts.

The role requires supervising staff, maintaining client relationships, coordinating machine installations, and managing schedules to meet service obligations during the evening hours. Travel to client sites may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; two year college degree or equivalent acceptable.
• Strong route management, retail and merchandising experience beneficial.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with management, client and staff.
• Financial, budgetary and accounting skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• ServSafe Certification preferred.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Visit accounts and clients to maintain relations and pursue account retention and pricing goals.
• Coordinate machine installations and perform audits to ensure standards.
• Review route reports to control spoilage, collections, labor costs and service quality.
• Schedule route structure changes to improve productivity and control overtime.
• Ensure safety policies, vehicle maintenance and building upkeep are followed.
• Lead and develop route service and attendant staff; hire, train and evaluate.
