OCD Anxiety Centers in Everett, WA is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician I for evening, in-person shifts from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday through Friday. You will support clients, promote engagement, and collaborate with therapists to ensure safety and treatment fidelity.

Qualifications

• Some college or experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Actively engages clients through clinical interactions and supports skill development.

• Facilitates groups and collects homework and notes for therapists.
• Monitors daily activities and implements treatment plans.
• Maintains documentation and supports crisis management when needed.
