OCD Anxiety Centers in Bellevue, WA seeks a Behavioral Health Technician I for evening, in-person hours. You will engage clients, support treatment plans, and collaborate with licensed staff to maintain care standards.

The role emphasizes safe environments, documentation, and group facilitation within IOP settings. Qualified candidates may have some college or related experience, strong critical thinking, teamwork, and computer proficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of computers, including Google Docs, Sheets and other software.
• Accurate and efficient electronic data entry.
• Must be punctual and maintain excellent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Actively engages clients through clinical interactions, including assisting clients with developing skills and clinical interventions.
• Provides high standards of helpful, professional, and caring treatment to all clients by maintaining consistently effective client interactions.
• Provides validation in a warm, safe environment and keeps clients motivated to work through distress.
• Facilitates groups within the IOP and helps maintain a professional environment for clients, including collection of homework and feedback to therapists.
• Monitors the clients’ daily activities, including implementing the treatment plan.
• Effectively manages business resources to maximize benefits for our clients, employees, and the organization.
• Plans, organizes, and implements lesson plans for group settings.
• Maintains all written documentation such as progress notes and group therapy notes.
• Masters de-escalation techniques and crisis management.
• Encourages team engagement and loyalty by effective employee interactions promoting cooperation, trust, and respect.
• Expands knowledge and skills through supervision and oversight by licensed clinical staff.
• Maintains clients’ satisfaction by developing OCD Anxiety Centers values and related behaviors.
• Integrates OCD Anxiety Centers mission in all activities and decisions.
• Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
• Presents self in a professional manner.
• Maintains a safe and clean environment.
