OCD Anxiety Centers is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician I for evening, in-person shifts. The role supports clients with safety, treatment fidelity, and engagement, working closely with the Behavioral Health Technician Supervisor.

You will help maintain policy adherence, client satisfaction, and high-quality care on the treatment floor. The position emphasizes learning, team culture, and ongoing skill-building through specialized trainings.

Qualifications

• Some college or related field experience is preferred.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Proficient with Google Docs/Sheets and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Actively engages clients through clinical interactions and supports skill development.
• Maintains high standards of professional, caring treatment and documentation.
• Facilitates groups and supports primary therapists on the floor.
• Monitors daily activities and implements the treatment plan.
• Ensures a safe, clean environment and adheres to policies.
