OCD Anxiety Centers is hiring a Behavioral Health Technician I in Tacoma, WA. The role focuses on learning, building a positive culture, and engaging with clients while promoting safety and high-quality care.

You will support therapists, facilitate groups, and ensure treatment fidelity, following clinic policies. The position requires evening hours and in-person work from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Requires some college or related field or experience.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills required.
• Must be punctual with excellent attendance record.

Responsibilities

• Actively engages clients through clinical interactions and supports treatment plans.
• Maintains documentation and completes progress notes.
• Facilitates groups and assists therapists on the floor.
