OCD Anxiety Centers in Tacoma, WA is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician I to work evening shifts in-person, Monday through Friday from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm. You will support clients on the treatment floor, assist therapists, and help maintain a safe, therapeutic environment.

Qualifications

• Some college or related field experience.
• Proficient with Google Docs and Sheets.
• Accurate electronic data entry.
• Punctual with excellent attendance.
• Ability to work with youth and families.

Responsibilities

• Actively engages clients through clinical interactions and assists with skills and interventions.
• Maintains high standards of helpful, professional, and caring treatment and documentation.
• Provides validation in a warm, safe environment and keeps clients motivated.
• Facilitates groups within the IOP and supports therapists with tasks.
• Monitors daily activities and implements the treatment plan.
• Ensures a safe and clean environment and adheres to company policies.
