Job summary

OCD Anxiety Centers is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician I in Everett, WA to join a mission-driven team committed to evidence-based care for anxiety-related conditions. The role involves facilitating group sessions, supporting clients on the treatment floor, and collaborating with licensed staff to maintain treatment fidelity and high-quality outcomes.

In this position, you will assist with exposure-based therapies, document progress, and contribute to a positive organizational culture.

Qualifications

• Some college or experience in a related field.
• Proficient knowledge of computers, including Google Docs and Google Sheets.
• Must be punctual and maintain excellent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Actively engages clients through clinical interactions and assists clients with developing skills.
• Provides high standards of helpful, professional, and caring treatment to all clients.
• Maintains a warm, safe environment and motivates clients to work through distress.
• Facilitates groups within the IOP and supports therapists with documentation and homework.
• Monitors daily activities and implements the treatment plan.
• Performs general responsibilities to maximize benefits for clients and the organization.
• Maintains written documentation such as progress notes and group therapy notes.
