Job summary

OCD Anxiety Centers in Utah is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to support clients on evenings. You will work in-person, Monday to Friday 11:00 am – 8:00 pm, helping clients engage with therapy activities, track progress, and maintain a safe treatment environment.

You will collaborate with a supervising clinician to ensure treatment fidelity, adhere to policy, and promote a positive culture while delivering compassionate, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Some college or experience in a related field.
• Critical thinking required.
• Team-oriented and collaborative.
• Proficient with computers, including Google Docs and Sheets.
• Accurate electronic data entry.
• Punctual with excellent attendance.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Actively engages clients through clinical interactions and helps develop skills.
• Provide high standards of professional, caring treatment.
• Offer validation in a warm, safe environment to keep clients motivated.
• Facilitate group activities and collect homework and notes.
• Monitor daily activities and implement the treatment plan.
• Manage resources to maximize benefits for clients and staff.
• Plan and implement lesson plans for group settings.
• Maintain all written documentation such as progress notes.
