Job summary

The OCD Anxiety Centers is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician I to join our Tacoma area team. This role involves evenings and in-person work Monday through Friday from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm, supporting clients on the treatment floor, facilitating groups, and ensuring safety and adherence to the treatment plan.

You will document sessions, participate in a range of KPIs, and collaborate with licensed staff to promote quality outcomes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Some college or experience in a related field.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems.
• Willingness to work as a team to meet business needs.
• Proficient knowledge of computers, including Google Docs and Sheets.
• Accurate and efficient electronic data entry.
• Must be punctual and maintain excellent attendance.
• Organized, detail oriented, takes initiative and completes responsibilities.
• Multitask with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Thrives in a changing work environment and workload.

Responsibilities

• Actively engages clients through clinical interactions and helps develop skills.
