The OCD Anxiety Centers seeks a Behavioral Health Technician to support clients and staff in a structured IOP setting. You will engage with clients, help implement treatment plans, and assist with group facilitation while maintaining documentation and quality standards.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, reliability, and teamwork. This role operates in-person, with evening hours, supporting a safe environment and ongoing clinical training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
• Strong computer skills including Google Docs and Sheets.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Actively engages clients through clinical interactions.
• Provides high standards of helpful, professional treatment.
• Facilitates groups within IOP and maintains documentation.
• Monitors daily activities and implements treatment plan.
• Maintains safe environment and adheres to policies.
