The OCD Anxiety Centers is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician I to support clients on the treatment floor, promoting safety and quality care. You will work with the Behavioral Health Technician Supervisor to ensure fidelity to treatment plans and company policies.

This role emphasizes learning, positive culture, and active engagement, with KPIs on accuracy, audits, and reducing early discharges, while assisting with exposure and DBT groups.

Qualifications

• Must-have foundation in related field or coursework.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clinical team.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools and electronic documentation.

Responsibilities
