Responsibilities

• Support clients during groups, exposures, and treatment-floor activities as directed.
• Assist with homework review, attendance, and materials organization.
• Escalate safety concerns and document accurately with clinicians.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment on the floor.
• Participate in training, supervision, audits, and feedback to improve skills.
