Gateway Pediatric Therapy, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is hiring a Behavior Technician for Grand Rapids, MI. This part-time role runs Mon-Fri from 3:30pm to 7:30pm, with duties focused on implementing ABA therapy plans for children with autism and supporting families in a team-driven setting.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, at least a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to engage children in structured sessions.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate expressively and receptively in person, writing, and periodically via telecommunication.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain instructional area for each session.
• Prepare and maintain binder, stimuli, and materials.
• Dress appropriately and arrive on time for sessions.
• Complete tasks associated with each therapy session.
• Receive 1:1 and group supervision through direct observation.
• Maintain professional communication with coworkers and parents.
