Job summary

The Lodge at Blue Sky, Auberge Collection in Park City, Utah is seeking an Evening Banquet Houseman responsible for setting up banquet spaces in accordance with Auberge standards and BEOs. Qualifications

• Ability to anticipate and understand guest service needs, remaining calm and courteous.
• Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, with correct spelling and grammar.

• Ability to exert physical effort to set up rooms to event standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of Pre-function sidework.
• Set equipment per Daily Work Sheet specs.
• Set an example for service staff on standards, side work, productivity and professionalism.
• Comply with departmental policies and service procedures.
• Complete opening/closing side duties as assigned.
• Organize stations and ensure readiness for guest arrival.
• Maintain and complete tasks as directed by management.
• Follow Banquet Event Orders (BEO).
• Break down service areas.
• Assist with other duties as directed by management.
• Check storage areas for cleanliness and organization.
