Responsibilities

• Comply with departmental policies and procedures.
• Complete opening/closing side duties as assigned.
• Organize stations and ensure readiness for guests.
• Follow Banquet Event Orders (BEO).
• Break down service areas and reset spaces as needed.
• Assist management with tasks and requests.
