Qualifications

• Attention to detail is essential for accurate setup and breakdown.
• Ability to read banquet orders (BEOs), set sheets, and room diagrams.
• Strong time management and organizational skills are required.
• Reliability, good judgment, and work ethic are critical.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in banquet, hospitality, event setup, or warehouse is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms and meeting spaces per event orders and diagrams.
• Arrange tables, chairs, stages, dance floors, and AV equipment.
• Read and follow banquet event orders (BEOs) and room diagrams.
• Maintain clean, organized, guest-ready event spaces.
• Respond to last-minute event changes and requests.
• Safely move, transport, and store equipment and furniture.
• Work independently and with a team to ensure successful events.
