Job summary

Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center in Westlake, TX is seeking a part-time Server for the 2nd shift. This role delivers prompt, courteous service in full-service restaurants, with a base hourly rate of $20 and a tip-free environment.

You will interact with guests, share menu knowledge, maintain clean dining areas, and perform necessary side work while adhering to food safety standards and a POS workflow. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing personality and good communication with guests.
• Full service or a la carte serving experience preferred.
• Food Safety and Texas Alcohol Beverage certifications required within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to take drink and food orders.
• Assist guests with menu knowledge for selections.
• Keep dining space organized and clean throughout service.
• Perform side work such as polishing silverware and cleaning stations.
• Enter orders in POS, present checks, and process payments.
• Anticipate guest needs and manage multiple tables safely.
• Clear and reset sections quickly during peak hours.
• Familiarize yourself with property amenities and other restaurants.
