Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center in Westlake, TX is seeking a full-time Server for our Italian restaurant and Latin steakhouse. The role focuses on delivering prompt, courteous service in a tip-free environment with a base hourly rate.

Availability includes 1st and 2nd shifts, located at the Deloitte University property. You will engage guests, discuss menu options, and ensure a clean, organized dining area.

Qualificações

• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Full Service or a la carte serving experience highly preferred.
• Beverage knowledge desirable.
• Experience working on a F&B Point of Sale system desirable.
• Food Safety Certification and Texas Alcohol Beverage Certification required within 30 days of starting and must be re-certified as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with guests to take drink and food orders.
• Assist guests with menu knowledge in making selections.
• Enter orders on a point of sale system and present checks.
• Clear and reset a section quickly during peak dining hours to maximize table turnover.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant front of house and be familiar with property amenities.
