The role operates on the second shift, from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, Monday through Friday, demanding precise documentation, strong communication, and a detail-oriented approach. CDL or bilingual applicants qualify for a bonus incentive.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers upon arrival, reviewing warranty details and open repair orders.
• Clarify customer complaints regarding units, ensuring clear understanding and documentation.
• Open repair orders and maintain proactive communication with customers about repairs and vehicle status.
• Collaborate with supervisors to provide assistance with estimates and ensure adherence to guidelines.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections with customers, fostering transparency.
• Document all warranty information and recalls, staying updated on OEM recalls and campaigns.
• Coordinate with the next shift supervisor for a smooth transition of pending work.
• Uphold policies on fund collection and vehicle release with professionalism.
• Attend mandatory training sessions and execute additional duties as needed.
