Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the next shift supervisor for a smooth transition of pending work.
• Uphold policies on fund collection and vehicle release with professionalism.

Position Summary: As a Service Writer, you'll be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed throughout the repair process. This second shift position, from 3 - 11:30 pm Monday - Friday, requires someone who can effectively communicate with customers, technicians, and supervisors to keep repairs on track and customers informed.

Bonus Incentive for applicants that hold their CDL and/or are bilingual.

• Adhere strictly to company policies regarding fund collection and vehicle release, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity
• Attend mandatory training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge, contributing to personal and professional growth
• Execute additional duties as delegated by management, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to supporting team objectives
