Job summary

Arrow Finishing is seeking a Production Technician for Racking in Blaine to rack, un-rack and package parts during the anodize process, following process cards and POs, ensuring safety and quality. You will read cards, enter production times, and maintain a clean work area on the production floor.

This role requires the ability to work 3:00pm to 1:30am, Monday through Thursday, and to mentor teammates while meeting production rate targets.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated attention to detail to ensure safety and quality.
• Ability to read and understand process cards and PO documents.
• General computer skills and ability to use basic software.

Responsibilities

• Rack, un-rack, and package parts per process cards.
• Enter production time into Arrow Flow promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and adhere to safety protocols.
• Assist and mentor teammates in training and act as a positive role model.
• Meet or exceed production rate requirements and quality standards.
