Job summary

Arrow Finishing, Inc. seeks a Production Technician for Masking to perform masking, unmasking, and packaging of parts across the anodize process. You will follow process cards, maintain accurate time tracking, and keep a clean, safe work area on the production floor.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to safety and quality standards, and timely completion of tasks. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm, with opportunities to mentor peers and support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• US citizen or Green Card holder required.
• Ability to read and follow process cards.
• Strong safety, quality, and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Mask, unmask, and package parts per process cards.
• Enter production time in tracking system.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow safety rules.
• Mentor teammates and support training as needed.
• Meet safety, quality, and delivery goals.
• Work 7:00am–3:30pm, Monday to Friday.
