Job summary

TalentFill LLC is seeking an Anodizing Associate-Racker in Akron, OH. This full-time, contract-to-hire role focuses on preparing aluminum components for anodizing, loading parts onto racks, and supporting production with quality checks and packaging.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, strong dexterity, and the ability to follow detailed work orders while maintaining safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to understand, follow, and carry out verbal and written instructions with attention to detail.
• Ability to accurately complete required production documentation and work-related records.
• Availability and reliability to work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, rack, un-rack, inspect, and package customer parts in accordance with work order requirements and established quality standards.
• Handle all customer products, fixtures, and tooling with care to prevent damage.
• Perform visual inspections of parts before and after processing, identifying and reporting any defects.
• Accurately document racking, un-racking, and production information on work orders and related production records.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations when working with hazardous chemicals, materials, and equipment.
• Wear and maintain all required PPE and adhere to safety standards.
