Job summary

Arrow Finishing, Inc. is seeking a Line Operator I to produce high-quality anodize finishes while meeting production goals. The role includes line startup/shutdown, safety compliance, and ongoing process monitoring on the production floor in Blaine, MN.

The position requires basic computer skills, good teamwork, and the ability to work a 2:00pm–12:30am Monday through Thursday shift. Comprehensive benefits are provided in support of employee well-being and development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be a US citizen or have a current Green Card.
• Ability to read and understand processes, procedures, and instructions.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to work 2:00pm–12:30am, Monday through Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction standards are met or exceeded.
• Continuously monitor anodizing process for part quality.
• Start up and shut down Anodize lines using checklists.
• Communicate line conditions and issues to teammates.
• Operate and monitor line tanks and ensure line operability before shift start.
• Complete line logs and Nadcap paperwork accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized line and proper PPE usage.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in training and confined space drills.
