Job summary

Anodize Solutions in Tualatin, Oregon is hiring a Production Specialist (Racking/Unracking – Day Shift). This four-day, ten-hour schedule runs Monday through Thursday from 4:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with an hourly pay of $18.00.

The role focuses on the proper rack/unrack of small aluminum parts and ensures quality placement before processing. As part of our metal finishing team, you will receive training to expand into blasting and line operation, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous production or warehouse experience is a plus.
• Desire to be a team player, learn new skills and advance within our Company.

Responsibilities

• Rack and un-rack parts
• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy before racking
• Ensure proper placement and alignment of parts when racking
• Receive and stow inventory
• Prepare and pack customer orders
• Process and load orders for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with other tasks as assigned
