Job summary

Arrow Finishing, Inc. is seeking a Production Technician for Masking on the production floor in Blaine, MN. You will mask, unmask, and package parts during the anodize process, following process cards and PO instructions to ensure safety and quality.

You'll read and understand process cards, enter production times, mentor teammates, and maintain a clean, organized work area. The shift is 3:00pm–1:30am, Monday through Thursday, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a high level of safety and quality focus.
• Ability to read and follow process cards and PO instructions.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks and Arrow Flow entry.

Responsibilities

• Mask, un-mask, and package parts per process cards.
• Ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction standards.
• Enter all production and non-production time in Arrow Flow promptly.
• Mentor and train fellow team members; model accountability.
• Meet production rate requirements and maintain organization.
