Job summary

Arrow Finishing, Inc. is seeking a Production Technician for Masking to safely mask, unmask, and package parts during the anodize process on the production floor. You will follow process cards, meet quality standards, and work with teammates to maintain efficiency.

This role requires attention to safety, accuracy, punctuality, and the ability to read process cards and POs. Weekend or overtime may be required per production needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure safety and quality.
• Ability to read and understand process cards.
• Basic computer skills and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Mask, un-mask, and package parts following process cards.
• Follow leadership direction and prioritize workload.
• Enter production and non-production time in Arrow Flow promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist and mentor teammates as needed.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and attendance standards.
• Work 3:00pm to 1:30am Monday through Thursday.
