Renaissance Recovery in Newport Beach, CA, seeks an Admissions Coordinator to guide new clients and families through intake. You will screen, verify insurance, and handle documentation to ensure a smooth transition into care.

You’ll be the first contact, coordinating data entry into EMR and CRM, supporting the clinical team, and helping maintain client satisfaction during onboarding. The role requires strong communication and meticulous organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in drug/alcohol or behavioral health admissions.
• Comfortable with EMR systems; Kipu experience a plus.
• Experience with Zoho CRM (preferred) or similar systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and problem-solve.

Responsabilités

• Respond to intake and inquiry calls.
• Complete admission screenings and gather client information.
• Enter data accurately into EMR (Kipu) and Zoho CRM.
• Verify insurance benefits and coordinate pre-authorizations.
• Prepare and manage all admission-related documentation.
• Communicate client concerns to the clinical team.
• Support client retention and satisfaction during onboarding.
