Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in the United States is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician for part-time, afternoon work. You will provide 1-1 ABA treatment in clients' homes under BCBA supervision, supporting children from 2 to 15 years old.

Strong communication with families is essential. We offer flexible part-time/evening/afternoon hours, paid training, and a supportive, team-oriented work environment with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Experience supporting children with developmental delays or special needs preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality per HIPAA policies.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results of the treatment plan.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors and others.
