Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair Lucid vehicles. The role involves handling HV/LV systems, documenting service activity, and collaborating with the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

ASE CPR training may be provided post-hire, and the candidate must have a valid driver's license with minimal suspensions. The position supports both on-site and mobile service operations, with base compensation reflecting industry standards for hourly

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience as an automotive service technician, including EV/HEV diagnosis and repair.
• Knowledge of High Voltage and Low Voltage systems and EV powertrains.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Repair basic and major mechanical issues and diagnose electrical/ mechanical problems.
• Maintain knowledge of HV/LV and EV systems.
• Document repair orders and customer interactions accurately in software.
• Collaborate with service team and customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Support remote/mobile service as needed.
