Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair Lucid vehicles. You will work on HV/LV systems, EV powertrains, and use software to document vehicle interactions. The role requires ASE or EPA certifications and a willingness to complete CPR training after hire.

2nd shift runs 11:00am to 8:30pm. Remote support and mobile service are part of the expectations. A valid driver’s license and strong customer-facing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience as an automotive service technician.

Responsibilities

• Repair basic and major mechanical issues and perform basic electrical and mechanical diagnosis.
• Maintain knowledge of HV, LV, and EV powertrains.
• Follow repair order documentation procedures.
• Document customer vehicle interactions using software.
• Communicate with service team and customers.
• Demonstrate and teach learned skills to others.
• Attend to detail and create positive client experiences.
• Support remote work and mobile service as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
