Lucid Motors in Michigan is seeking a skilled Service Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair Lucid vehicles. You will handle HV/LV systems and EV powertrains while documenting work and communicating with customers.

Engage with the service team to ensure high quality, efficient repairs, and contribute to a culture of safety and continuous improvement. This role may involve remote support for mobile service teams as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as automotive service technician.
• Knowledge of High Voltage and Low Voltage systems in EVs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair mechanical and electrical issues in Lucid vehicles.
• Maintain expertise in HV/LV systems and EV powertrains.
• Document all service work using the appropriate software and procedures (The Three C's).
• Collaborate with service team and customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Share knowledge and provide training to teammates as needed.
