Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair Lucid vehicles. You will work on HV and LV systems, document work orders, and partner with the service team to deliver excellent customer experiences.

The role requires 2-5 years in automotive service, EV/HEV knowledge, and EPA 609 certification eligibility. You must have a valid driver's license and be willing to complete CPR training after hire; be prepared for on-site duties and potential travel to support mobile

Qualifications

2-5 years of experience as an automotive service technician, including EV/HEV diagnosis and repair.
Knowledge of High Voltage and Low Voltage systems, and Electric Vehicle powertrains.
Customer facing experience with excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to use Microsoft Office and learn proprietary DMS software.
EPA 609 Certification.
Willingness to complete Lucid provided CPR training post hire.
Valid driver’s license with no suspensions in the past year; drivers under 21 require longer license history and Lucid training.

Responsibilities

Confidently repair basic and major mechanical issues and perform electrical and mechanical diagnosis.
Maintain knowledge of HV, LV, and EV systems.
Follow repair order documentation procedures (The Three C's).
Document all customer vehicle interactions using the appropriate software suite.
Communicate and collaborate with service team and customers.
Demonstrate and teach learned technical skills to others.
