Job summary

Lucid Motors in Mission Viejo is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose, maintain and repair Lucid Motors vehicles. You will demonstrate a passion for sustainable transportation and document all customer vehicle interactions using the required software, while collaborating with advisors and managers to ensure top quality service.

The role requires 2–5 years of automotive service experience, EV/HEV knowledge, EPA 609 certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience as an automotive service technician, including EV/HEV diagnosis and repair.
• Knowledge of High Voltage and Low Voltage systems and EV powertrains.
• Customer-facing experience with strong written and verbal communication.
• Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year and Lucid training prerequisites.

Responsibilities

• Repair basic and major mechanical issues and perform electrical diagnostics.
• Maintain knowledge of HV, LV, and EV systems.
• Document repair orders and customer interactions accurately.
• Collaborate with service team and customers to ensure quality service.
• Support mobile service team as needed.
