Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• 40-hour work week, shifts may include weekends/holidays.
• Proficient with laptops and modern software including CRM.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for owners from appointment to handover.
• Document concerns and set clear expectations for the visit.
• Translate technician notes into simple owner-friendly language.
• Provide updates on vehicle status and timelines transparently.
• Coordinate with Parts and Production for service visits.
• Explain estimates and invoices clearly to customers.
