RIDE Mobility is seeking an experienced sales manager to drive growth and market penetration of the EV School Bus in the United States. You will be a key member of the RIDE team, shaping strategy and executing plans to expand our footprint.

The role requires building and managing an account portfolio, meeting or exceeding regional sales targets, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with product management.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior work experience in School Bus or EV School Bus sales preferred.
• Knowledge of EV school bus market/OEMs/incentives and etc.
• Knowledge of sales strategies, marketing tactics, and negotiations.
• Experience communicating with customers verbally and in writing as appropriate.
• Ability to travel to multiple states and participate in trade shows.

• Expand existing sales, develop new sales and build an account portfolio in the designated area.
• Direct, develop, and execute sales plans and strategies.
