Job summary

Recharged is looking for an energetic EV Sales Consultant to join our Richmond Experience Center in Virginia. You will guide customers through the EV buying experience, assist with financing, and ensure all documents are completed for a smooth transaction.

This is a full-time, in-person role at our Richmond location. You will engage buyers and sellers, answer questions via email, chat, text, and calls, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while promoting EV adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales or customer service role.
• Knowledge and/or passion for electric vehicles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
• Must obtain a salesperson license by passing the qualification exam and background check (this is obtained after the hiring process)
• VA driver's license and clean driving record are required.

Responsibilities

• Guide buyers and sellers through the complete EV purchasing process.
• Communicate with buyers and sellers through email, chat, text, and phone/video calls.
