Job summary

HYUNDAI MOTOR GROUP is seeking a seasoned Fleet leader to drive government and rideshare sales, develop future fleet products, and coordinate cross-functionally across strategy, aftersales and other teams. You will guide annual sales strategies and build strong relationships with dealers and end users nationwide.

The role emphasizes leadership, market insight, and the ability to advance EV offerings for mobile fleets while ensuring strong customer satisfaction and program execution.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years automotive experience in fleet or related roles.
• Five+ years of commercial fleet experience.
• Three+ years of government fleet sales preferred.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and QMF is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Fleet team and Executive management with solutions to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
• Drive profitable fleet volume across government, mobility and rideshare channels nationwide.
• Develop future products and go-to-market strategies that meet customer needs.
• Lead the development and execution of government and rideshare sales strategies.
• Promote Hyundai fleet products and programs to stakeholders and end users.
• Collaborate with internal departments to commercialize EV offerings for AV rideshare apps.
• Represent Fleet in meetings and provide voice-of-customer input.
• Develop incentives, presentations and training for the fleet sales team.
