Hyundai Motor America is seeking a senior Fleet professional to drive sales and develop go-to-market strategies across government, mobility and rideshare channels. You will collaborate with internal teams and dealers to shape future fleet products and optimize customer outcomes.

The role requires extensive automotive experience, fleet and government sales expertise, plus leadership capabilities to guide cross‑functional teams and foster strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years automotive experience.
• Five or more years of commercial fleet experience desired.
• Three or more years of government sales preferred.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and QMF helpful.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Fleet team assisting Executive management with solutions to improve Fleet sales and customer satisfaction.
• Drive profitable Commercial Sales volume across government, mobility and rideshare channels nationwide.
• Develop future fleet products and related go-to-market strategies meeting customer needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and customers.
• Lead development and execution of HMA U.S. LCV fleet go-to-market strategy.
• Collaborate with strategy, aftersales, and other teams to improve efficiency and satisfaction.
