Job summary

Hyundai is seeking an experienced leader to drive dealer incentive programs in the United States. You will ensure accurate implementation, governance, and reporting while coordinating across Sales Planning, Marketing, Finance, and IT teams.

The role requires extensive experience with incentive platforms, SAP/FIORI, and BI tools such as Tableau. You will lead a team, manage payments, and optimize processes for scalability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ years in automotive incentives, sales operations, or related fields.
• Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Hyundai dealer incentive program execution, including setup, launch readiness, claims processing, adjustments, payments, coupons, and special initiatives.
• Oversee dealer communications, program rules, announcements, guides, and launch packages for accuracy and consistency.
• Serve as owner for incentive systems, workflows, and related technologies; manage requirements, testing, and production readiness.
• Handle dealer/regional escalations and coordinate resolution with cross-functional partners.
• Maintain compliance, governance, and controls; identify risks and support audits.
