Ever is building the future of auto retail and seeks an EV Reconditioning Technician I in Irvine. This entry-level role provides hands-on work on current EV models under senior technicians, with a growth path into high-voltage diagnostics.

You will perform routine maintenance, reconditioning, inspections, and quality checks while documenting work and collaborating with recon and logistics teams.

Qualificações

• 0–2 years automotive technician experience or recent graduate.
• Able to perform basic repairs independently (brakes, tires, suspension, fluids, filters).
• High-voltage safety awareness or willingness to obtain certification.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with eagerness to learn EV systems.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine maintenance and light reconditioning (brakes, tires, suspension, fluids, filters).
• Complete reconditioning tasks to prepare vehicles for retail sale under guidance.
• Assist with inspections and basic diagnostics, flag issues for senior tech review.
• Follow OEM and Ever procedures for safe handling around high-voltage systems.
• Complete pre-delivery and post-reconditioning quality checks.
• Document all work in Ever’s internal systems.
• Support parts handling—receiving, staging, inventory as needed.
• Build EV-specific skills through on-the-job training and coursework.
• Collaborate with recon, inventory, and logistics teams to hit throughput targets.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
