Rivian in Martinez, CA seeks a Junior–Mid level Technician to grow technical skills while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will support EV repairs, inspections, and field service, learning under senior technicians and leadership in a dynamic, adventurous environment.

Based primarily at a local service center, the role may involve travel for mobile service or plant support as business needs evolve. A passion for innovation and strong communication are essential.

Formación

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• 0–3 years of hands-on experience in an automotive shop or technical environment.
• Graduation from an accredited automotive repair school/program is highly preferred.
• Basic exposure to EV/hybrid frameworks, or start-up environments is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Perform or assist with vehicle diagnosis, repairs, installations, and inspections at service center, mobile route, or remote location.
• Learn product line, EV framework, tools, and accessories while working under mentorship.
• Follow repair procedures safely and efficiently.
• Conduct road tests to verify repair quality and safety.
• Assist with parts operations: ordering, receiving, shipping, inventory tracking, and reporting.
• Maintain detailed technical notes and documentation for repairs.
