Job summary

Mission Mobile Medical Group is seeking a Field Deployed Technician to drive mobile medical units (CDP), perform EV charging and routine maintenance, and ensure patient access to care on the go.

You will plan routes, operate charging equipment, troubleshoot on-site, and support patient flow at multiple sites, bringing world-class service to the road. The role is field-based with full-time duties and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Relevant certifications (automotive, EV, or electrical trade training) preferred.
• Prior experience in field service, fleet maintenance, EV service, or similar hands-on technical role preferred.
• Comfort with driving, basic vehicle systems, and diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive the CDP between sites and on public roads.
• Plan routes and manage charging needs along the day’s route.
• Run Level 2 and DC fast charging sessions, connect/disconnect, troubleshoot.
• Site setup/breakdown, secure vehicle, and shore power as needed.
• Read faults, isolate issues, and decide fixes on site.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine walkarounds.
• Escalate to MMM with telemetry history and docs as needed.
• Greet patients and help manage traffic around the CDP.
